Firm Manager is the product.

Firm Manager is Tulip. It holds your clients, cases, hearings, and the people doing the work. Everything else — files, drafts, sign links, messages, billing — attaches to a case rather than living in a separate app you have to remember to open.

What attaches to a case

Open the case. Everything for it is already there.

01

Files

Orders, petitions, client letters, and notes for one case, kept with that case. Ask a plain question on a PDF and Tulip shows you the page the answer came from.

02

Hearings

Date, court, hall, item number, the last order, and who is appearing. Today's cause list sits next to the cases it belongs to.

03

Drafts

Prepare a notice, a petition, or a client update from what is already in the file. A person still reads it and signs it off before it leaves.

04

Sign

Send a client a link they open on their phone. The signed copy and the trail come back and stay with the case.

05

Messages

WhatsApp, email, SMS, and notes from a call, kept against the case so the next person picking it up can see what the client was told.

06

Billing

Raise the fee memo where the work happened and send it on to Tally or Zoho. Tulip does not try to replace your accounts team.

Questions

What law firms ask before a demo.

Is Tulip just a cause list watcher?
No. A cause list is one thing that attaches to a case. Firm Manager holds the client, the case, the people, the files, the drafts, the messages, and the billing. Watching a cause list on its own does not run a law firm.
Do our clients need to install an app?
No. Clients open a link you send them. They can read what you sent and sign on their phone without creating an account or installing anything. The iPhone and Android apps are for your firm's own team.
What happens if you do not cover our court?
We tell you plainly, before you buy. Courts are added one at a time and each one is checked against how that court actually publishes. We would rather say a court is not covered than show you a list we cannot stand behind.
Who owns the record?
Your law firm does. Tulip runs on your computers against your own database. There is no shared tenancy with another firm, we do not train on your files, and you can export the whole record.
