The product
Firm Manager is the product. Everything else attaches to a case.
Open a case and the client, the hearings, the file, the drafts, the messages, and the fee memo are already on it. Nothing lives in a separate app your team has to remember to check.
Nine surfaces, one case
One case
Open MAT / 2041. It is all there.
The next hearing, the last order, what the client was told, the draft waiting for sign-off, and the fee memo that has not been raised yet. One screen instead of four people remembering four things.
See how a case worksNext step sits with the senior. Reply drafted, not yet signed off.

The court recorded that the amount was to be deposited before the next date, and kept the question of interest open.
Every answer names the page. If Tulip cannot find it in the file, it says so instead of guessing.
Files
Ask the file a question. Get the page.
A thirty-page order, a plain question, and an answer that names the page it came from so you can check it before you rely on it. If the answer is not in the file, Tulip says so rather than filling the gap.
Built inside a working law firm
Twenty years of files, put back together.
Cases
Recovered from registers, drives, and old software, then checked against the source.
Years
The oldest files are the ones that matter most, so they were not left behind.
Owner
Your firm
Your own database, no shared tenancy, no training on your files, and a full export whenever you ask.
Courts
We add courts one at a time.
Every court publishes differently. A bench paper here, a page there, a plain feed somewhere else. Each one is read the way that court actually works, and checked before it goes live for your firm.
eCourts does not carry RERA, the appellate tribunal, or the consumer commissions. Any firm whose practice sits there is fed by separate sources, or by hand. If your court is not on this list, we will tell you before you buy rather than after.

How a setup runs
Understand. Recover. Verify. Deploy.
We do not hand over a login and wish you luck. We learn how your law firm works, bring the old record back together, check it, and set it up on your computers.
- 01
Understand
We sit with the people who run the law firm and watch how a case actually moves, from the first call to the last order.
- 02
Recover
Old registers, spreadsheets, drives, and paper files are brought back together into one record instead of six.
- 03
Verify
Names, dates, and case numbers are checked against the source. Anything two sources disagree on goes to a review list.
- 04
Deploy
Tulip is set up on your computers, under your firm's own accounts, and your team is trained on the work they already do.
Set it up once
One-time setup. The licence stays with your law firm.
Not a monthly fee to watch cause lists. Updates are included. If you ever want out, you take the whole record with you.
