Messages

Messages keeps what the client was actually told, with the case it was about. WhatsApp, email, and notes from a call all sit on the case, so the next person who picks it up can see what was said and when, without asking the person who said it.

What it is

A record of what your law firm told the client, kept on the case.

What it is not

It is not a chat app your clients have to join, and it is not a marketing tool.

The most expensive question in a law firm

"What did we tell them?" is expensive because answering it usually means finding one person and hoping they remember. When the message sits on the case, anyone working the case can answer it.

Channels

  • WhatsApp, which is where most clients actually are.
  • Email, for anything that needs a paper trail.
  • A note from a phone call, entered by whoever took it.

Clients need nothing

A client is reached where they already are. They do not install anything, and they do not log in to Tulip to hear from their advocate.

Questions

Do you read our WhatsApp?
Messages about a case, sent through Tulip, are kept on that case. Your personal conversations are not touched.
Can we message in Marathi or Hindi?
Yes. Clients are told things in the language they actually use.
Is the official document replaced by a message?
No. The order or the filing remains the record. The message is how the client was told about it.
