Court

Court is where cause lists and orders come into Tulip. Each court is wired separately, because every court publishes differently, and each one is checked for your firm before it goes live. Where a court is not covered, we say so rather than leaving you to discover it.

Every court publishes differently

One court puts out a separate paper for each bench, every day. A regulator publishes a page. Another forum offers a plain feed. There is no single national source that covers all of them, so each is read the way that court actually works.

What is wired today

The Supreme Court, the Bombay High Court bench by bench, Maharashtra district courts including the Small Causes court at Mumbai, the state real estate regulator and its appellate tribunal, and the consumer commissions.

The gap worth knowing about

The national eCourts system does not carry the real estate regulator, its appellate tribunal, or the consumer commissions. A firm whose practice sits largely in those forums cannot be served by an eCourts feed alone, whoever is selling it. Those forums are fed by separate sources, and where no source exists the entries are made by hand.
