No. An enquiry addressed to your firm goes to your firm.

Can people see our client list?

No. Nothing from your firm's record is exposed to public search.

Do we have to use it?

No. It can be switched off and the rest of Tulip is unaffected.

Search

Search is the public side. A person looking up a case on tulip.legal can send an enquiry to a law firm, and the firm decides whether to accept it. If it is accepted it becomes a case in your firm's own record, with the enquiry attached to it.

What it is

A way for work to arrive, with your firm deciding whether to take it.

What it is not

It is not a lead list we sell, and it does not put your firm's cases in front of the public.

Your cases stay private

Nothing from your firm's record appears in public search. What is public is public court information. Your firm's own record is not searchable by anybody outside your firm.

An enquiry is not a case

An enquiry arrives, somebody at your law firm reads it, and your firm decides. If you accept it, it opens as a case with the enquiry attached. If you do not, nothing happens.
